About Timothy Arner & Sons

Tim Arner has been building homes on and around Smith Mountain Lake for 20 years. He specializes in custom built homes and also does renovations, remodeling additions, and Bobcat excavation work. Tim is a Class A builder (in the Commonwealth of Virginia) with a reputation for building a solid, well–constructed home. His name is recognized throughout Bedford and Franklin counties as one of the finest builders around. In the building trade his whole life, Tim feels very strongly about his being a "hands–on" builder. "I believe in giving the customer the best house possible. . . ALWAYS with the homeowner's best interest and budget in mind." His past customers will give nothing but praise to Tim and when the job is complete, they consider him a lifelong friend.
